This umbrella can be used in both rain and shine, and is made of double-sided Koshu-ori fabric, which is woven by shuttle-weaving two layered colors of warp threads and weft threads so that the front and back are different colors.
This is a new standard series of Koshu weaving that pursues an even smarter and simpler beauty by eliminating the edge lines of the fabric like the Tachibana and Kasane series and creating a reversible design.
This is also a yarn-dyed twill weave, so the colors of the threads on the front and back show through slightly, creating a deep color and a high-quality feel.
Because it is woven on a narrow shuttle loom, the edges of the fabric have selvedge, which is lovely as you can see a glimpse of the color of the back of the fabric when the umbrella is closed.

"TwoPly" is made with a focus on the color of the yarn dyed into the fabric, and after repeated adjustments, it now incorporates nuanced colors in addition to basic colors such as navy and gray, making it a color variation that is easier to coordinate.
Although the long umbrella is 65cm and the folding umbrella is 60cm, both of which are men's sizes, the colors were designed to be genderless, so that anyone can carry them. Therefore, they are recommended for anyone looking for a larger sized umbrella, regardless of gender.
