The Tokyo Women's Future Forum was held with the aim of fostering a social movement that encourages change in awareness and culture and promoting women's participation in the workforce. Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike and representatives from 30 companies, including our company, took to the stage to issue three joint declarations and each representative delivered a message.
The contents of the joint declaration are as follows:

We declare that we will pursue the following initiatives as part of our management strategy!
・I will change the culture of the organization through my top management.
- We will develop female managers and increase the number of women in decision-making positions, ensuring that a more diverse range of voices are reflected.
・We will create a comfortable working environment for everyone, not just women.
