Our company's Ito will be speaking at the 2022 Gender Employment Equality Seminar, held by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs.
The seminar contents are as follows:

Title: Komiya Shoten's case study of promoting women's participation in the workforce and achieving a work-life balance

I will talk in detail about the background and history of why we started promoting women's participation in the workforce, the specific initiatives and the reaction within the company, from women's participation in the workforce to life-work balance, various achievements and changes in the company, future challenges, the difficulties I faced as the person in charge of the initiatives, and the ideas I came up with.
