December is finally here, and there are only a few days left in the year. How is everyone doing?
The other day, Komiya Shoten held its first workshop.
Although it was a short experience, I think all the participants had fun and got to feel like an umbrella maker.
We hope to be able to report on what happened at that time on another occasion, but we all hope to be able to hold these events on a regular basis in the future.

Well, in today's blog, we will introduce some items that can only be found in the East Japan shop and are recommended as small gifts.
These are one-of-a-kind accessories, different from the "Mask Case , " "Coaster," and "Accessory Case" that I introduced in previous blog posts, but they are the same in that they are made from carefully woven Koshu fabric that has slight weaving defects that are unavoidable.
If you're wondering why these are one-of-a-kind pieces, there's a little reason for that.
In fact, these accessories are prototypes that were created before they became official merchandise.
They were created as I come up with various ideas and put them into shape every day, so no two are exactly alike.
And when we saw the umbrella fabric transformed into new goods that we had never seen before, we as staff felt a certain attachment to them, so we decided to introduce them to you all so that you can see them for yourself.
Prices range from 300 to 1,000 yen (tax included) depending on the size.
