We have a wonderful selection of illustrated umbrellas in stock for Christmas at our Higashi Nihonbashi shop. They range from cute umbrellas to Japanese-style umbrellas that are popular with foreign tourists.
This time, we will introduce some of them.

This beautiful umbrella makes you feel as if you have stepped into the story of The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter when you open it.
On the other side is a newborn baby.
Hyakunin Isshu (Coral Red x Ivory)
An elegant world unfolds inside the umbrella.
Is this woman Sei Shonagon? Murasaki Shikibu? Or maybe...?
Origami Crane (Beige x Pink)
The folded paper crane is a symbol of peace.
And origami is also called origami in English.
It made me want to try folding one myself, praying for a peaceful world.
