We have received some wonderful drawings that give a Japanese feel.

Hello everyone, it's been a while. This is Sasaki.
How did you all spend your Golden Week?
It seemed like a busy time in Tokyo with hot summer days and rain.
There were times when I was stuck in the front door wondering whether to take a rain umbrella or a parasol, and ended up leaving the house late, but as long as you have your favorite umbrella, you can go out in a good mood even when the weather is starting to get a little worse! That's what I realized during the long weekend.

Now, our "drawings" have always been very popular on the blog, but this time we have some new "drawings" with a slightly different feel that we would like to introduce to you.
Please take a look.

Drawing picture Kasane 55cm x 16 pieces 49,500 yen (tax included)

"Landscape with a Three-story Pagoda" Navy/Purple

As you gaze at the three-story pagoda and mountains in the distance, the beauty of Japan's nature comes into view one after another: soft-petaled cherry blossoms, camellias, and cool bamboo groves.

"The Brilliance of the Imperial Carriage" Coral Red/Ivory

The motif is filled with Japanese cuteness, reminiscent of a picture scroll or gorgeous kimono fabric.
It would also look good on a kimono day.

"Umbrella ceiling painting" Brown/Blue

This piece is inspired by the floral ceiling paintings that can be seen at temples and shrines.
I can't help but stare at every single one.
Whenever you look up, there's a beautiful picture there.

"Treasures of Shosoin" Mustard/Beige

It is inspired by the treasures of Shosoin, the repository of Todaiji Temple in Nara.
The special feeling that comes from deliberately limiting the number of colors is what makes it so appealing.
The shining phoenix is also elegant.
