I'm Sasaki, a shop staff member.
In my last blog I wrote about how long it would take for the rainy season to end, but this year it came sooner than I expected.
It's been hot all over the country these days, how are you all doing?
This time we are introducing a "drawing picture" again, but the umbrella we will be introducing today is actually a parasol made of frog-like covering, which is different from the "Kasane" we have introduced so far.
"Kawazubari" is a manufacturing technique in which fabric is stretched over the inside of the umbrella as well.
The fabric that is stretched to hide the ribs of the umbrella can be combined with the fabric on the lining to create a glamorous impression.
On top of that, there is an arrangement of even more wonderful drawings.
Please take a look.
Drawing picture Frog cover (parasol/100% cotton) 50cm x 8 ribs 44,000 yen (tax included)
"Bouquet of Herbs" Beige
It features plants that evoke spring and summer, such as lavender, mimosa, and mint.
If you catch a glimpse of this bouquet while holding an umbrella, you can almost smell its delicious fragrance.
"Porcelain Rose" Blue
The combination of the fabric is bright blue and white, giving it a very refreshing feel.
The inside is completely inlaid with roses, making it look like Italian porcelain.
It has a nice refreshing feel to it.
"Small Flower Wreath" Beige
The beige outer fabric has a cute wreath on it.
The small flowers continue along the edge of the inner fabric.
It's a lovely touch that somehow gives off an embroidery vibe.
"Blue Flowers" Navy
When you open the umbrella, you will see flowers blooming everywhere you look.
The flowers are all blue, but if you look closely, you'll see that they are all different kinds of flowers.
The flowers on her hand are also blue. It's so cute.
"Rose Garden" Red
The large, shaded roses are beautiful, taking advantage of the white fabric on the inside.
They look more like roses in a garden than in a bouquet.
The vibrant stems and leaves are also impressive.
What did you think?
It has a different charm to the drawings in "Kasane" so far.
The parasol series also has a clear picture on the handle.
Each one creates a special feeling that only a drawn picture can provide.
If you are interested in any umbrellas, please feel free to contact us.
There are many other wonderful paintings in the shop.
Next time, I will introduce some drawings.
We look forward to your inquiries and visits.
