An interview with Komiya Shoten was published on the website of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs' "Project to Accelerate the Promotion of Women's Participation in the Workplace." (Part 1 and Part 2)

We were awarded the 2020 Tokyo Metropolitan Women's Participation Promotion Award (Industry Division) by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Industrial and Labor Policy and Training for Accelerating Women's Participation in the Workplace. We were interviewed about our efforts.

The content published this time was about our company's staff talking about the small steps they have taken to solve problems such as "what motivated us to start working on this initiative," "internal study sessions," "work-life balance," "lack of successors," "branding," "craftsman training," and "L-Boshi certification."
