We will be speaking about our efforts to promote women's participation in the workforce at the "3rd Reiwa 3 Human Resource Retention Seminar/Handbook Utilization Seminar" hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center.

This online seminar will feature Ito, a female manager who has been involved in the company's work to win the 2020 Tokyo Metropolitan Government Women's Participation Promotion Award, as well as her efforts in developing artisans, passing on skills, and what the future holds.
