Two new patterns, "Heart Vine" and "Camellia", have been added to the Isara pattern series.

The new patterns, "Heart Vine" and "Camellia," have been added to the "Isara Pattern" series of umbrellas for both rain and shine, which are made using furoshiki fabric that is the first of its kind in Japan to be dyed on both sides while making use of the traditional techniques of stencil dyeing.

The attractive "Isara pattern" umbrella features a variety of patterns created using the traditional "kataezome" technique, which was introduced from the continent after the Nara period and uses stencils to create designs.
New to this collection are "Heart Vine" and "Camellia."

The "Heart Vine" motif is based on the heart vine plant, which has heart-shaped leaves, and is said to be a symbol of love fulfillment and happiness.
It's an umbrella that seems like it would bring good things just by having it.
This item also has different colors on the front and back, navy blue on the front and green on the back, making it easy to match with both kimonos and Western clothes.

The design features camellia flowers, which have long been said to be a talismanic tree that should be planted in every mansion as it wards off evil spirits.
During the Heian and Kamakura periods, it was popular among aristocrats as a "sacred flower" and a "noble flower that decorates tea ceremonies."
This pattern is perfect for welcoming the New Year and the auspicious events to come.

The Isara pattern series is made of cotton furoshiki fabric that is waterproof and UV-resistant, so it can be used as an umbrella in both rain and shine.
It is also recommended as a gift for the upcoming season, White Day, or as a present for people overseas.
We have long and folding umbrellas, so please see below.
