On Saturday, April 21st, young craftsmen will be demonstrating how to make umbrellas at the shop!

At Komiya Shoten, our students undergo several years of training under skilled craftsmen with over 60 years of experience.

We have several young craftsmen who have become fully-fledged.

As experienced craftsmen always teach, "No matter how old you are, you always learn."

We are constantly studying how to make better umbrellas, and working together as a team to improve ourselves.

We are committed to making umbrellas.

This young craftsman will be at the shop on Saturday, April 21st.

We will be demonstrating the umbrella making process!

(Umbrellas will also be available for sale as usual.)

We would like our customers to know that "young craftsmen are also making umbrellas at Komiya Shoten."

Direct contact with customers motivates our craftsmen to continue making umbrellas.

We work between 10am and 5pm so please feel free to drop by.

(When the store is busy, our craftsmen may be out serving customers, so you may not be able to see them working.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.)

We also accept Mother's Day gift wrapping, so please feel free to ask.

We look forward to your visit!
