The "Tokyo Life-Work Balance Certified Company" is a Tokyo Metropolitan Government system that recognizes small and medium-sized enterprises that are taking outstanding initiatives to achieve harmony between work and life.

Komiya Shoten was recognized for improving productivity by developing products from a female perspective and creating a workplace environment that is easy for both men and women to work in.
