As March arrives, cherry blossom buds are starting to grow bigger in Tokyo too.
How are you all doing?
Today, we would like to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Tokyo Kimono Show event, which will be held from March 24th (Fri) to 26th (Sun).
This is a hugely popular event every year that is not to be missed by anyone who loves kimono and the Japanese atmosphere.
Not only the staff but also the visitors look lovely in their own unique kimonos.
Of course, even if you don't usually wear kimono, you can still enjoy the Japanese accessory workshops, tea ceremonies,
There will be lots of events, including fashion shows, so it will be a great opportunity for you to experience the world of kimono casually.
Our store, Komiya Shoten, has been participating in this event since last year, and we have decided to set up a stall again this year!
In addition to the series that are always popular at the Higashi Nihonbashi shop, we plan to have a wide selection of umbrellas and other items that can be worn with kimonos, such as parasols and dual-purpose umbrellas.
If you're walking around town in traditional Japanese clothing, a cool parasol will add a touch of elegance to your appearance.
Additionally, during the event, the Higashi-Nihonbashi shop will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 on Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th.
Those who attend the venue will receive a gift ticket that can be used at the Higashi-Nihonbashi shop.
The Higashi-Nihonbashi shop is within walking distance from the Kimono Show venue, so if you are visiting the venue, please be sure to stop by the Higashi-Nihonbashi shop as well.
I'm already excited because I think the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom during the event.
Please come and visit us while you're out cherry blossom viewing.
We look forward to seeing you all there.
