Bouquet is a stylish cafe located right next to Komiya Shoten.

Hello, this is Kato.

Today we would like to introduce you to a lovely cafe called "b ouquet" , located very close to our Higashi-Nihonbashi shop (the third shop on the left).

A dried flower swag and a bouquet painted on the glass door mark the entrance.

When you open the door, a pleasant bell rings from underneath.

Beyond that is an expansive space filled with natural light.

The interior design is also exciting, with tables, chairs, cabinets, plants, walls, and more, all of which have different designs.

Today I had lunch with the staff of Komiya Shoten. We had a bacon and egg sandwich and a mushroom baguette. Not only was the baguette delicious, but the bacon, soft-boiled egg, sauce, and dill salad were all beautifully presented, making it a very satisfying lunch that could be enjoyed with all five senses.

Drinks are available for take-out, but the tableware is lovely so I opted to eat inside today.

There is also a wine cellar, so it would be nice to take your time enjoying a drink on the weekends.

This cafe, Bouquet, is actually a popular bakery called "BEAVER Since it is a sister store of Beaver BRED, you can also bring in bread that you have purchased there. (1 drink order)

On Saturdays, many customers visit Komiya Shoten with a loaf of Beaver Bread in hand.

Be sure to stop by the nearby cafe Bouquet on your way home.

You will be greeted by a cute beaver holding a bucket.
